After a job is finished I send the following email.
“Please could I ask you for any comments you have on the service that you received from Journeyman Draughting, …… Please feel free to include any criticisms you may have as this would help me to improve the service I provide, and give future clients a realistic picture”.
Some people do not reply, below are all the replies I have received, whether good or bad.
“Charles recently drew some plans for the new entrance at our farm. He not only performed the job expediently, he also added a great deal of creative thought to the job.
